Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Best Western for New Year's, I found the overall experience to be quite pleasant. The room was immaculate, cleaned twice daily, which is a wonderful rarity. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the overhead shower, a feature I truly prefer over traditional bucket showers. Breakfast was varied and certainly satisfying, though in Punjab, good food is commonplace. We dined at the One Restaurant, where the ambiance was relaxed, making it a suitable setting for casual conversations. The menu had a decent selection, and I was particularly pleased with the service from Ms. Prabjot, whose attention to detail added to the dining enjoyment. I also enjoyed a few drinks at the rooftop bar, Dazzle, where the barbeque offerings were a nice treat with a view that captured the city’s spirit. Special mention goes to the entire staff—Sanjay, Pankaj, Ramandeep, Amandeep, and the ever-smiling housekeeper—for their warm hospitality throughout our stay. The blend of comfort, service, and food made for a memorable getaway.
